About these terms

These terms apply to tours booked directly with Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC through any of our brands (Layover in Dubai, Nairobi Layover, Addis Ababa Layover, Dubai Food Tour and Dubai Walking Tour). The tour page on the brand's website, and your booking confirmation, set out what is included, the duration, meeting point or pickup, and the price.

Booking and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on each brand's website. Payment is made online by card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation by email.

On the day

Please be at the meeting point or pickup on time and bring a valid ID or passport. Layover guests are responsible for their own visa and transit requirements and for meeting their airline's check-in deadlines; we plan every layover tour to return you to the airport in time.

Entry fees and extras are only included where the tour page says so.

Changes and cancellations

Bookings on other platforms

If you booked one of our tours through another platform (for example Viator or Tripadvisor), that platform's terms and cancellation policy apply to your booking.

Liability

We take reasonable care in arranging and delivering your tour. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as flight delays, weather, road closures or official restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai.
